Well Stan Lee said it was being worked on ages ago, and it's been hinted (and practically confirmed) by just about everyone over at Marvel Studios, so they've has finally given a release date for Doctor Strange, which will hit theaters on July 16, 2016. So far as we know, the movie will be directed by Scott Derrickson and written by Jon Spaihts and Joaquin Phoenix (Her) is in talks to play the role, but that's all we have for now. P.S. Isn't it interesting that Marvel's rolling out THE Sorcerer Supreme, yet just a couple of months before DC will finally get Batman and Superman on the same screen?
