CONFIRMED: Dwayne Johnson To Play 'Black Adam' In DC's SHAZAM
By now it's not much of a shock. It's been rumored forever, but DC has finally confirmed that Dwayne Johnson (Hercules, Journey 2) will portray the archnemesis of superhero Shazam, and Dwayne posted on twitter this: " 'Kneel at his feet or get crushed by his boot.' My honor to become... Black Adam," also sharing an image of Adam and Shazam fighting (Black Adam is winning btw). I greatly enjoy this casting, and can't wait to see him on the big screen!
